Hi, I’m Loz — a mixed-media artist currently doing my Master’s. I make abstract, process-led work using colour, texture, and whatever feels right in the moment. For me, the best part of making is what happens along the way — the mistakes, the changes of mind, the unexpected bits that end up shaping the final piece.

 

I’m not aiming for everything to look perfect or even finished in a traditional sense. I like work that feels honest — a bit messy, a bit in-between — because that’s usually how things feel in real life too.

Sustainability is really important to me, so I reuse materials whenever I can. And as a disabled and neurodivergent artist, making art is often how I communicate things I don’t always have the words for. My work is thoughtful, but it’s also playful — lots of colour, movement, and space to just experiment.
